We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our healthcare client as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the human resources functions of this Rehabilitation organization, including payroll. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the company's goals and objectives. Additionally, you will lead the training and corporate compliance initiatives to ensure adherence to legal and ethical standards. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of rehabilitation industry regulations and best practices for skilled nursing centers, as well as a proven track record in managing HR functions and compliance programs.

Requirements :
- SHRM-CP req'd
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience in the Rehabilitation industry.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a flexible and ever-changing environment
- Master's Preferred Years of Experience10+
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Extensive knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, EEOC, OSHA and other relevant federal and state laws, and best practices.
- Familiarity with corporate compliance standards and practices.
