Senior Treasury Analyst Jobs

About Our Client

• They are currently looking for a Treasury Analyst (SR- Doe) to work in conjunction with the fund accounting group, reporting to the controller of the treasury group. This is a newly created position as the firm's AUM continues to grow.
• We are exclusively partnering with a $17B AUM Investment Management firm that partners with some of the most prestigious investment firms nationally.
• The firm boasts a very young entrepreneurial yet professional environment and just opened up a brand new office with state-of-the-art technology, 85-inch TVs, peloton bikes, and a huge outdoor patio overlooking the city.

Additional Responsibilities/Overview:

• Offering assistance to the Accounting, Treasury, Portfolio Management teams, and clients with cash projections and other cash-related reporting.
• Ensuring proper distribution and storage of transaction documents in the document management tool.
• Handling wire transactions through Investure's dedicated external bank wiring application.
• Collaborating closely with multiple teams, including Accounting, Treasury, and external third parties to ensure accurate and comprehensive data.
• Conducting reconciliations of daily cash balances with various external sources.
• Preparing and managing transaction-related documents, letters of authorization, and supporting materials.
• Providing support in the trade settlement process.
• Meeting strict daily deadlines for the timely publication of cash balances and transactions.
• Validating and updating wiring instructions received from investment managers, vendors, or clients.
• Ownership and management of internal cash management tools and reports.
• Daily monitoring and recording of financial transactions.

You Should Apply If:

• Experience with inputting/extracting information from systems to databases.
• You have 2 years at least of relevant work experience in a business environment, preferably financial services working in a role where you've done treasury work to some degree.
• Knowledge of alternative investments or general financial markets.
• You'd enjoy working under phenomenal, hands-on, and involved leadership at a firm that has a very family-oriented feel to it.
