Financial Analyst Jobs

The Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and additional analysis projects cutting across the organization. This position reports to the Director of Finance.

Responsibilities

·Analyze financial data to understand trends, identify risks, and proactively support the organization’s business imperatives

·Support regular budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and reporting activities (including variance analysis of revenue, expense, and cash flow)

·Understand business needs across departments and work to proactively support them

Qualifications

·At least one year of experience in a finance, FP&A, or accounting role

·Bachelor's degree in finance, business, accounting, or economics

·Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

·Entrepreneurial; demonstrated initiative and ability in defining/undertaking work assignments with minimal supervision

·Understanding of generation and interpretation of income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statements

·Customer-focused mindset with a passion for making processes easier, faster, and cleaner

Bonus Points

·Proficiency in Stata, R, or similar software packages

·Proficiency in Tableau

·Additional relevant credentials

Salary range: $60k-70k
