Field Superintendent Jobs

Apple Roofing is currently looking for a Field Superintendent for our Kansas City location.
The Field Superintendent will be able to work independently, under the direction of their supervisor. The candidate must be able to multi-task as he/she may be overseeing multiple jobs per day. The candidate should have a working knowledge of general construction practices, more specifically residential and commercial roofing. Communication skills will be a key factor. The candidate should also have adequate computer skills. The candidate will be able to present him/herself in a respectful manner to customers, subcontracted crews, and co-workers.
Responsibilities

• Make returns to supply house if overages
• Oversee jobs as assigned by manager
• Ensure that subcontractors are following OSHA and company safety standards
• Ensure that permits are posted
• Take and upload photos to the job in the company CRM
• Make supply runs if materials are short
• Complete final inspections
• Ensure that materials delivered are correct to the job

Requirements

• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
