The Role:
As a Senior Strategist Consultant (Go-To-Market) in the Global Product Commercialization (GPC) team at Indeed, you will deliver strategic initiatives to accelerate employer use of equitable hiring practices on Indeed. You will build and execute strategies to increase employer engagement in equitable hiring, working closely with Sales, Client Success, and other customer-facing teams. The GPC Inclusive Hiring team develops the business plan and strategy for scaling Indeed’s inclusive hiring solutions and products.
Driven by our commitment to diversity, inclusion, and equity, this team will focus on partnering with the product teams to help them deliver solutions that help jobseekers facing bias and barriers get jobs and help employers hire more inclusively.
You will work with Indeed product teams (primarily but not limited to Social Impact) and our Sales and customer-facing teams to integrate inclusive hiring into Indeed’s way of selling. You will be responsible for building and implementing strategies to launch new products, programs and features into the market related to helping jobseekers facing bias and barriers get jobs and help customers hire more inclusively. You will lead initiatives to gather feedback from employers and customer-facing teams about products and build strategies to educate them about inclusive hiring and the tools we offer. You are expected to drive forward workstreams and initiatives with minimal guidance. You can communicate effectively up to team leaders & Directors; understanding when, and to whom communications are required. You will work with Product Managers, Marketing, Partnerships, Sales, Client Success and senior leaders.
Our team is located around the Globe and fully remote. You will have the flexibility to either work in- office or remotely. You will present at weekly virtual meetings and stay closely in touch asynchronously. You will also be invited to occasional onsite and teambuilding events. This is a minimum 12- month contingent work assignment.
Your Responsibilities:
Customer Strategy/ Go To Market strategy: Assess and decide on strategies to launch and scale new products, programs and features into the market. Develop go-to-market strategies that drive long term product adoption and user growth while meeting product goals. Identify opportunities to develop and capture cross-product efficiencies.
Sales enablement: Draft content and resources to support Sales and Client Success teams in educating customers about inclusive hiring.
Program management: lead initiatives to gather feedback and resources for employers
Go-to-market execution: Lead and own Sales, Client Success and global commercialization processes for inclusive hiring. Iterate approaches and proactively resolve operational issues of the go-to-market process before they arise.
Customer-centric prioritization: Own customer-centric prioritization for product teams, making decisions that will optimize towards growing user adoption and improving customer experience and representing the voice of the customer in strategic decisions.
Customer insights: Select best practices or methodologies for customer feedback and data analysis to inform product commercialization and user adoption decisions (e.g. market launches, pricing, product features). Structure and execute the data analysis. Proactively identifies analytical opportunities with minimal input from senior stakeholders (managers, directors and senior directors).
Influence: Present findings and recommendations to business unit leadership. Influence key stakeholders to define and adopt appropriate metrics, goals and processes to achieve business objectives. Partner with leadership (Director+) across Product, Engineering, Sales, Client Success teams to align on key decisions.
Desired Experience:
  • Experience developing sales enablement or sales marketing resources
  • Experience compiling insights from business customers and other stakeholders
  • Experience in Product Management, Strategy, Consulting, Business Operations or other related experience
  • Experience making complex data-driven business decisions
  • Experience creating and implementing launch strategy for new customer-facing products (for example, customer strategy, growth strategy, product strategy, go-to-market strategy, etc.)
  • Experience leading initiatives in or towards large organizations that support diversity, equity and inclusion or support communities that historically have faced bias or barriers (for example, BIPOC, people with disabilities, people impacted by the criminal justice system, etc.)
  • Experience leading complex initiatives collaborating with large cross-functional teams with 5+ stakeholders (for example, Product, Strategy, Operations, Sales, Legal, etc.)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience working with large business customers or related customer facing teams (for example, Sales, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Customer Insights, Business Development, etc.)
