Financial Integration Strategist Jobs

As a Financial Integration Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in the launch and development of our company's latest global business initiatives in the consumer sector. This role involves close collaboration with global financial systems teams, accounting operations teams, tax, treasury, and other stakeholders, representing the accounting organization.
You will be part of a dynamic team that works with business finance and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and flexible solutions. We are looking for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced, global, results-oriented environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope business requirements, and prioritize.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Accounting, Program Management, and Finance Systems. This includes experience in financial processes, project management, accounting requirements documentation, process design, and user acceptance testing. A proven track record in leading teams to overcome complex challenges is a must for this position.
Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program or project management
• 5+ years of program/project management experience in a mid-size or large company with a proven record of successful delivery and customer obsession
• 7+ years of experience in Accounting or a related field
• CMA or CPA certification
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related financial field, or equivalent work experience
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• PMP Certification
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• Experience supporting accounting/finance customers to set and manage expectations, project deliverables, and drive resolution when conflicts or issues arise
• Experience managing accounting/finance process improvement and/or technology projects with aggressive schedules

The Role
As a Financial Integration Strategist, you will support the launch of new initiatives by working with tech teams, accounting, and other departments to provide accounting requirements. You will also test what is built, compare it with expectations, and ensure there are no issues after launch.
