ROLE SUMMARY

• Work closely with the engineering leaders and product managers to transform market demands into product security roadmaps and solutions.
• Lead and design the high-level software security architecture for next generation mobile or automotive SoC.
• Lead and propose strategic innovations for security architecture and eco-system development.
• Work with hardware architecture team to design a secure system/platform.
• Perform technical analyses and trend studies in depth on the mobile security and automotive security industry.
• Collaborate with product security relevant teams to define software security requirements.
• Perform threat modeling on system security, share security recommendations on security design, and refine the security design guidelines.

• Senior expert in Android based security software stack from application, framework, kernel, down to hardware interactions.
• Strong experience in architecting ARM based security products with successful track record.

• Strong experience in strategic planning and technology innovations.
• Strong experience in leading cross-geo team in a multi-cultural and multi-national environment.
• Strong soft skills in technology acumen, system abstraction, and technical communication.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in ARM firmware development such as TF-A , bootloader or BROM is a plus.
• MS or PhD in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or related majors are preferred.
• Experience with penetration testing/reverse engineering/vulnerability analysis is a plus.
• Experience in Security Development Lifecycle is a plus.
• Experience in HSM/TPM firmware is preferred.
• Experience in ISO 21434 or SAE J3101 or EVITA is a plus.
• 5+ years security architect experiences in products for smart phone or automotive devices.
• Experience of threat modeling, security design, or software security audits is preferred.
• Experience in Secure Boot/Measure Boot or DICE is preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
• With good understanding of classic crypto algorithms and use cases such as AES, ECC, RSA, SHA and so on.
• 10+ years experiences in ARM architecture, Android platform security or Trustzone software development for mobile devices.
• Experience in Hypervisor/SMMU development is preferred.
• Experience in NIST FIPS 140-2/3 or CC EALx certificate is a plus.
• Experience in Post Quantum Cryptography is a plus.
