About The Role


Salesforce is looking for a dedicated, visual storyteller to round out a high-performance impact comms team. The Senior Specialist will design inspiring and engaging presentations, and other compelling marketing collateral, to elevate the brand and storytelling of Salesforce Impact internally and externally. This role will equip executive leaders to educate and mobilize our ecosystem at global, tentpole moments. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong creative/design skills, ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for social/corporate impact.


Responsibilities


  • Support leadership team with design needs for executive meetings and events
  • Create compelling slide presentations for tier 1 company moments in Salesforce brand voice
  • Provide creative guidance and project lead Impact webpage updates
  • Create design assets for printed materials and digital campaigns
  • Ensure all designs are aligned to company brand, and maintain Impact team design guidelines, templates, and enablement resources
  • Build self-service resources to efficiently enable the broader team
  • Engage and collaborate effectively with internal content partners and external agencies as needed
  • Participate in or lead ad hoc side projects for the benefit of the Impact Team


Desired Qualifications


  • Expertise in designing high-impact, polished presentations with Google Slides and Keynote
  • Collaborative and agile teammate
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Google Workspace
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 3-5 years comms and marketing experience, preferably corporate comms or agency side
  • Ability to distill complex subject matter, visually express a comprehensive impact narrative, and tailor messages to specific audiences
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and curiosity about project management best practices

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $97,300 to $133,800.


Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
