What you’ll be doing...

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to lead and own all technical aspects of Sales force implementation and/or customization including data migrations, data quality,
systems integration, third party applications, AppExchange products, and custom development. The Distinguished Salesforce Developer will provide technical leadership, setting best practices, including integration, application development, deployment, testing, and iterative refinement. You will be responsible to:

  • Leading a group of talented developers and testers both within the US and in our offshore offices. Mentor junior developers and guide them in technical and functional areas.
  • Conducting code reviews for ongoing projects to ensure that code quality is at the highest level possible and appropriate design patterns are being used.
  • Leading technical requirements gathering sessions, creation and maintenance of application and system documentation used in design, testing or programming efforts and integration process.
  • Leading technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions that are aligned with project and business objectives; Translated business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce.com platform.
  • Working with the business partners in providing cutting edge solutions to business problems using the SFDC platform.
  • Participating in CICD/Release Management, Identification of risks and issues from a technical perspective.
  • Identifying ways to utilize SFDC to improve business processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace.
  • Performing Change control/Change management.
  • Working with the management team to prioritize and schedule work, identify and escalate roadblocks.

You’ll need to have:

  • Experience in Platform/Technologies that includes end to end implementations.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Experience in Salesforce.com.
  • Experience in developing and customizing Salesforce.com application via Web Services, Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, Batch Jobs, Lightning, VisualForce.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Salesforce Certifications.
  • Experience in Workflow and Approvals.
  • Ability to balance multiple assignments and deadlines at the same time.
  • Experience in Salesforce CPQ.
  • Experience in integrating Salesforce.com.
  • Experience in validation Rules and Formulas.
  • Experience in multiple aspects of software development ( analysis and design, coding and performance tuning).
  • Experience in Reports and Dashboards.
  • Ability to Lead a team of developers and testers and assign/track work for them.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience in organization splits and mergers.
  • Six or more years of experience in LWC, Apex, API, Visual force, SOQL/SOSL.
  • Experience in process Builder and Metadata API.
