Salesforce Developer
Responsibilities:
The Salesforce Developer should have extensive experience working in the Salesforce environment (Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud) to assist in aligning marketing/sales strategies with technical solutions and implementing them to drive effective and efficient execution of marketing programs through the delivery of data management, system configuration and integration. Depending on the nature of the business needs, you will configure solutions within the Salesforce platform, develop custom code, set up the data infrastructure, migrate data to/from other systems, and test/QC the final solution. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Perform data updates and migration using Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, custom API, and database queries.
• Collaborate with marketing/operations leaders to create Salesforce reports for data analysis (Power BI experience preferred).
• Mentor junior technical resources.
• Knowledgeable on the Salesforce product roadmap and features being deployed in maintenance releases.
• Develop and maintain automated process using Salesforce OOB validation rules, workflow rules and approval process.
• Manage Salesforce security using profiles, permission sets, and OWD.
• Support data architecture needs, designing and managing database structure, inbound and outbound data integrations, and API ‘s.
• On-going Salesforce data management

• Collaborate with the Marketing Team to align marketing initiatives with Salesforce solutions, performing activities such as audience selection, triggered send notifications, suppressions, segmentation and more.
• Load data from other systems into Salesforce.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have solid IT experience working in the Salesforce environment as an experienced developer, with familiarity of various development platforms, coding styles, software delivery methods and tools. You should have strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform (Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud). Specific qualifications include, but are not limited to:

• Excellent written and oral communications skills.
• Hands on experience with APEX, JavaScript, Aura, LWCs, SQL, AMPScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Service Cloud Developer certification preferred.
• Able to demonstrate an understanding of the full range of customer information/data management systems and related processes and protocols.
• High attention to detail.
• Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Understanding of the Salesforce APIs for integration and data migration.
• Configuration experience using the Salesforce point-and-click developer interface.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years’ experience in a development role with proven ability to successfully translate business requirements into custom developed technical, enterprise-wide solutions.
• Minimum 4+ years of Salesforce platform experience (Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud)
