Stream Realty Partners, L.P. is seeking a talented person to research and deploy market intelligence pertaining to the Carolinas commercial real estate markets on behalf of the Stream Realty Partners - Carolinas platform. The Senior Research Analyst would assist in creation and presentation of research deliverables such as quarterly reports, white papers, market and submarket analyses, business, and economic intelligence that positions Stream Realty Partners as the dominant voice in the industry and Charlotte, Raleigh-Durham, Greenville, and Charleston markets.

Additionally, the Senior Research Analyst will work closely with the brokerage teams to ensure that products meet the needs of customers and prospective clients. The Senior Research Analyst will also be responsible for maintaining their technical knowledge by keeping up to date with industry trends and new technologies. The candidate will also be responsible – in concert with the brokerage teams - for carrying out research and analysis on Atlanta submarkets as a resource for internal brokerage teams. Further, the Senior Research Analyst will help implement the organization around market panels/events that would benefit Stream’s clients and its position in the market.

Essential Functions:

• Liaises with brokers, management, marketing and business development support team on specific pitches and projects and to create impactful data-driven marketing campaigns.
• Overall responsibility for data and research strategy across the Carolinas markets.
• Gathers data on newly available properties, transactions, tenants, tenants in the market, and new developments.
• Gathers data on Stream client databases and manages internal and external communication of research materials and insights derived therefrom
• Manage and maintain the Carolinas CRM database ensuring that all customer information is accurate, up to date and identify specific business development opportunities based on internal data associated with our clients.
• May provide assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers on data subscription resources and tools, including Pitchbook, RCA, ESRI, and CaptureCRM.
• Implements a strategic plan to share market insight with marketing team and business unit leaders to best meet business and client needs requiring research-related intelligence within the first quarter of hire.
• Work with the Carolinas brokerage teams to ensure communications are regularly tracked on Stream’s CRM platform.
• Researches and collects market information regarding the commercial real estate market and assists in creation of research deliverables such as quarterly reports, white papers, market and submarket analyses, business and economic intelligence.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience in commercial real estate or other market research role.
• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions.
• Clear and concise verbal communication skills are paramount.
• Power BI
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office and Google Earth.
• Python or R
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Proactive and positive attitude.
• Tableau or other data visualization technology
• Basic financial analysis skills, and knowledge of financial terms and principles.
• Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents.
• Salesforce or other CRM
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Experience with the below technologies desired:
• Placer IO
• Emsi
• Decisions made with understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines.
