Blue Grotto Capital LLC is a long/short equity hedge fund with 4 year track record founded by Ben Gordon, former Portfolio Manager of GMT Capital.Blue Grotto invests globally in a wide range of industries with focus on TMT.The firm commenced investing in 2019 and manages approximately $550 million.

Blue Grotto is seeking qualified investment professionals for an Analyst position in Atlanta Georgia.

Responsibilities would include:

●Working with the Portfolio Manager and Senior Analysts on constructing financial models and doing primary research to evaluate publicly traded US and Non-US equity securities on current and prospective portfolio investments

●Identifying and evaluating certain industries and individual stocks for further diligence

●Sourcing new investment opportunities

●Performing financial analysis, industry research, competitive research and general due diligence on investments

●Writing detailed investment memoranda that supports a buy/sell thesis

Qualifications:

●Must currently work at Investment Bank, sell side research, or Investment Firm

●Must have a passion for investing and the public equity markets

●Prefer candidates that have expertise and experience in Technology hardware, software, industrials, retail, or consumer products

●Strong academic credentials.

●Relevant work experience: 2 - 7 years of work experience in sell side equity research, private equity, buyside, or investment banking.

●Blue Grottos offices are in Atlanta. We are looking for locally based candidates currently working/living in Atlanta area. Our employees are in the office full time, and don't work remotely.
