DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
  • Support DEI recruiting efforts by participating in recruiting events, conducting presentations and implementing creative sourcing strategies to identify top diversity talent
  • Manage and track candidate pipeline from DEI recruiting engagements
  • Innovate on candidate sourcing and recruiting processes for efficiency
  • Manage full cycle recruiting for NOA internship roles during peak university recruiting season and find pathways for intern conversion
  • Develop deep understanding of Nintendo’s talent segments to source, assess, and build pipeline of qualified industry talent to fill current and future hiring needs via proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers in providing business insight and creating sourcing strategies for priority roles
  • May require limited travel, as appropriate
  • Provide support in the execution of Strategic Recruiting Program project plans
  • Execute on university recruitment-related initiatives (university outreach and relationship building, intern recruitment, etc.)

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS
  • Have curiosity and strong market research skills with the ability to create customized value proposition to attract and connect with talent
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Human Resources, a related field, or equivalent
  • Knowledgeable in sourcing tools, social media, emerging technologies, and techniques utilized for identifying highly qualified talent to drive results
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow
  • 3+ years of experience sourcing and/or full cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume environment (via search firm or in-house recruiting environment)
  • 5+ years of professional experience working within university recruitment or events recruiting
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships with little guidance
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills.
  • Excellent organizational, project management and planning skills.
  • Demonstrate creative candidate sourcing abilities and the ability to consult with business clients

This position includes a base salary range of $99,150 - $148,726 annually, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
