Enumerate is looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our team!
In this role, you will lead the initiative to move our development into a framework for highly automated testing across all our products. Our goal is to move from a highly manual QA process to fully automated, and you’ll bring insight and strategy to help us accomplish this goal efficiently and effectively. Once we have a clear strategy and objectives, you will mentor the current team to rely on automation first.
This full-time salaried role reports to our Director of Engineering and works closely with the development, product, and QA teams. There’s potential for this role to grow into management as we scale the team. The salary range is $100-$120k, depending on experience. This role is remote eligible, with applicants in CT or ET preferred.

What you’ll do
- Effectively collaborate with teams across the organization to ensure our QA department can deliver high quality platforms to our clients
- Mentor talented Software Quality Analysts and Engineers working in an effective and efficient test automation process that serves all stakeholders
- Design, develop, and support an automation framework utilizing new or existing tools to maximize the efficiency of QA resources, and improve Quality of the platform, and customer and patient satisfaction
- Drive continuous improvement of QA standards, tools, and processes in the department to improve Quality of the platform, and customer and patient satisfaction
- Be research savvy and a subject matter expert of current industry-wide QA processes, tools, and technologies
- Participate in the refinement of requirements and the test automation design of technology solutions
- Ensure successful deployment through automated regression tests
You should have
- Experience implementing Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) tools, principles and best practices
- Experience designing, building and supporting test cases using test management tools, i.e. TestRigor and other AI-powered automation tools
- Preferred: Experience with performance and/or security testing
- Ability to maintain a high level of detail and accuracy in all work tasks
- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans, cases, and script
- Required: 4 years of experience within a highly automated QA environment
- Required: bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- Required: 2 years of experience creating and maintaining Automation frameworks within a cloud application environment
- Experience in successfully managing projects, including stakeholder tasks and expectations
- Ability to apply critical thinking skills to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement
- Ability to travel 5% for ad hoc needs
- Eligible to work in US without sponsorship
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to identify solutions to complex problems
