Overview

We are looking for an experienced Product Designer (UX/UI). A proven problem-solver with a deep appreciation for high-quality design execution and experience working with cross-functional teams.

You're a creative thinker, driven by users and numbers, skilled in researching and analyzing users’ needs. Someone with passion and excellent communication skills.

As the first designer in New York and a member of our founding product team, you'll collaborate with partners in Tel Aviv and California to craft meaningful experiences that shape significant moments in people's lives.

What You'll Do

• Own the design process and be the driving force behind initiatives, for new and existing products.
• Partner with the product and engineering teams to design and implement cutting-edge solutions for both mobile and web.
• Turn business goals, data, research and real user needs into opportunities with beautiful, easy-to-use experiences. Define user flows, create rich prototypes and designs that are simple, intuitive, and scalable.
• Be a key member of the design team, participating in every phase of the process from strategy to research to design.
• Promote your ideas and decisions by presenting them cross-functionally, effectively articulating their rationale to gather stakeholders' buy-in.

Who You Are

• Show excellent use of design and prototyping tools to demonstrate how a flow or interaction will work.
• Proficient in visual design and aesthetics, including typography, color, layout, as well as mobile and desktop UI.
• 4+ years of demonstrated experience building and shipping products throughout the entire (UX and UI) product design cycle in a product company.

Salary

$140k-190k
