Senior PeopleSoft Business Analyst (Techno functional)

Rate: on W2 only

Location:Dover, DEHybrid- 3 days onsite is a must

Duration: 1+ year- Long Term

  • Explore replacement of existing ERP solution with new EPR software
  • Explore moving hardware and existing application to cloud
  • Provide analysis and path forward to 20+ years old PeopleSoft ERP PeopleSoft preferablyERP Pensionmodule.
  • High-level Position/:
  • Explore maintaining hardware to cloud and existing application on premises

  • On-site Flexibility:Minimum of 3 days
  • Required Skills and Experience:
  • Document business processes
  • Ability to collect and document detail requirements
  • Work directly with the clients to understand the individual needs of the business
  • : To collect detail requirements, Business processes, analyze current customizations and provide comprehensive executive summary for the path forward
  • Create and present report to executive team members and shareholders to support recommendations
  • Meet with subject-matter experts to ensure specialized topics are appropriately addressed
  • Ability to analyze PeopleSoft SQR, SQL, PeopleCode, App Engine code and configurations
  • Ability to collect and document current system customizations
