At Quantelligent, we are a leading intelligent data company that specializes in leveraging data-driven insights to deliver exceptional performance/media solutions, product/research and development and real time market research. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Media Buyer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Media Buyer, you will play a pivotal role in driving our clients' advertising success by strategizing, planning, and executing effective media campaigns across various channels. If you are a passionate and results-oriented professional with a strong background in media buying and a deep understanding of data-driven advertising. Our senior media buyer will be compensated with a fixed pay and performance pay. Due to the size of our media budgets this role minimum earning potential is $300,000 per year.
Responsibilities
Strategy Development:
Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to develop comprehensive media buying strategies aligned with clients' goals and objectives.
Utilize our trillions of personal data points to analyze and identify target audiences, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends.
Utilize data-driven insights to identify key opportunities and optimize media buying strategies.
Media Planning and Execution:
Run media campaigns, on Google, Facebook and DSP (native and Display) if applicable.
Manage 6 and 7 figure monthly media budgets effectively and allocate resources based on campaign objectives and performance.
Monitor and optimize media campaigns in real-time to maximize return on investment (ROI) and ensure KPIs are met.
Stay up to date with industry trends, new advertising platforms, and emerging technologies to continuously improve media buying strategies.
Relationship Management:
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including creative, analytics, and account management, to ensure seamless execution of media campaigns.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior media buying team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Collect and analyze data from various sources to evaluate media campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate campaign results, key findings, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
Experience managing 6, 7 and 8 figure per month client media budgets.
5 years of experience in media buying, preferably in an agency or data-driven marketing environment.
Strong knowledge of media buying platforms, advertising technologies, and programmatic buying.
Proven track record of planning and executing successful media campaigns across multiple channels.
Proficiency in data analysis and using insights to optimize campaign performance.
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Leadership qualities with the ability to guide and mentor junior team members.
