Job Description

TAT, an award-winning architecture and interior design firm, seeks a highly motivated Senior Marketing Coordinator to join a dynamic and collaborative marketing team. Working with the Director of Marketing, marketing team members, and firm leadership, you will play a critical role in supporting the strategic marketing direction of TAT, its corporate messaging, public relations efforts, and the pursuit of new work.


Leveraging your creativity and strong organizational skills, you must have the ability to simultaneously manage and execute marketing tactics for a wide range of initiatives. The marketing team works in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift daily, and every day is different. Excellent time management skills and balancing immediate deadlines with long-term goals are critical. The ideal candidate possesses a collaborative spirit, an aptitude for writing, sharp attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills.


Essential Duties + Responsibilities

  • Support and engage in public relations initiatives.
  • Develop content for various marketing initiatives, including website project descriptions, proposal narratives, staff resumes, print newsletters, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Research clients, market trends, and background information associated with business development efforts.
  • Aid in firm event planning.
  • Maintain project data in the marketing department database.
  • Assist project photoshoot coordination and photo editing.
  • Support the development and implementation of the firm’s marketing strategy.
  • Develop and maintain staff resumes, project sheets, and other marketing collateral.
  • Craft persuasive writing and strategic messaging.
  • Prepare marketing and business development materials, including proposals, presentations, and qualification brochures.
  • Assemble and write industry award submissions.


Qualifications

  • Positive, energetic, team-player attitude.
  • Ability to work on concurrent deadlines in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality or accuracy.
  • Proficient in InDesign, Photoshop, WordPress, and MailChimp.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or another related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in the A/E/C industry is preferred.
  • Exceptional writing and graphic design skills.
