A day in the life of a Marketing Coordinator
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns for Tribute's clients, referral partners and Caregiver job applications.
This Will Be Done By
  • Growing Tribute's digital presence across the website and social media to drive consumer awareness and engagement
  • Managing regional Google AdWords campaigns each week, optimizing for performance
  • Running SEO reports and making recommendations for changes
  • Managing promotional items
  • Overseeing Tribute's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (Hubspot)
  • Managing content sourcing for Tribute's regular newsletters
  • Working with marketing leadership to create and manage marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, email campaigns, social media content, and advertisements
  • Compiling sales and lead data and managing weekly reporting
  • Overseeing website content updates
Here's What The Ideal Candidate Will Bring To Tribute
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO)
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Vaccination against COVID-19. We comply with the EEOC by providing the ability to request an exemption based on medical or religious reasons
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • A Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with marketing automation software such as Hubspot
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
