Job Summary

The Senior Retail Marketing Manager will provide strategic leadership and direction to the retail marketing team, driving the development and execution of innovative retail marketing strategies and initiatives that enhance customer engagement, increase foot traffic, sales, and profitability across IPEX's US and Canadian markets. This role requires a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategy and goals, and a deep understanding of customer needs in the retail landscape.

Principal Responsibilities

• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in retail marketing, leveraging this knowledge to drive innovation and development within the company.
• Analyze the performance of retail marketing initiatives using data and analytics, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization, and providing recommendations for future development.
• Develop and execute the company's retail marketing strategy, including creating and managing a retail marketing calendar, setting retail marketing goals and metrics, and ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategy and goals.
• Develop and manage the company's retail marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee the production and distribution of retail marketing materials, maintaining consistency with the company's brand identity and visual standards.
• Lead collaboration with retail operations, sales, and product management teams to identify customer needs and preferences, and create tailored retail campaigns, promotions, and merchandising initiatives.
• Build, lead, and mentor the retail marketing team, ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategy and goals, and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Qualifications & Experience

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and influence at all levels of the organization.
• Knowledge of the PVC or related industries is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in retail marketing, retail sales, product marketing or related field, with a track record of success in leadership roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Familiarity with retail marketing technology, such as in-store signage systems, digital displays, and CRM systems.
• Demonstrated project management skills, including budget management, scheduling, and production and distribution oversight.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with proficiency in data and analytics to drive marketing performance and optimization.
