Job Level: Senior-Level


Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt


Job Location: Eligible for remote work in California, Colorado, Georgia, Idaho, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Mexico, Ohio, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington or Wyoming.


Job Compensation: $110-130k plus bonus potential.

Job Overview (What You’ll Do):


Cotopaxi is seeking a highly motivated, engaging and experienced Senior Manager of International Sales to oversee our fast-growing company's sales strategies in overseas markets! This exciting position is ideal for someone with a track record of success in driving sales growth, building and leading sales teams, and establishing effective partnerships in global markets.


Job Responsibilities (How You’ll Do It):


  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to ensure the company stays ahead of industry developments and emerging opportunities.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand the company's international presence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and finance, to develop and implement effective sales programs and initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners in global markets, and negotiate contracts and terms.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets, and manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.


The Ideal Candidate (What You Need to Succeed):


  • Ability to travel frequently to meet with customers, partners, and team members in international locations.
  • Familiarity with the outdoor retail industry and current market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in international markets.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in international markets.
  • An analytical and strategic mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and developing teams.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree is Business, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The salary range for this position is $110-130k and will be based on the experience that you bring to the table.
