Senior Manager, Marketing Operations

As a Trex Senior Manager of Marketing Operations, you’ll be responsible for execution of marketing efforts that span project management, customer experience, budget management, international marketing and merchandising management & logistics.
Joining our Marketing team, you’ll help us ensure that these efforts align with and support the business strategy, brand positioning, product strategy and other marketing pillars including digital, channel and customer experience.
DUTIES

• Support the VP of Marketing in managing and tracking the overall marketing department budgets (domestic and international.)
• Lead international marketing efforts by coordinating brand, channel, product and digital team support for global expansion of the brand, collaborating with our international sales team, agencies and international distributors.
• Lead cross-functional project management by planning, measuring and holding teams accountable for deliverables, timelines, and performance metrics.
• Oversee the customer experience team to ensure excellent customer support through both the call center and claims teams.
• Oversee the forecasting, fulfillment and logistics of Trex merchandising elements to ensure that Trex channel partners have the appropriate samples and merchandising when and where they need them.

Experience
We’re seeking someone with 10+ years’ marketing experience with companies that have a well-known consumer brand with domestic and global reach, as well as a bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing. If you have strong project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple complex tasks/projects while demonstrating composure and flexibility, we’d like to hear from you. An MBA and international marketing experience is preferred.
