We are currently seeking a qualified Senior Manager in search of a long-term career opportunity. Come grow with us!
The Senior Manager will be responsible for leading project assignments from initial kick off through preparation of deliverables including presentations and reports. The successful candidate aspires to a level of expertise and industry reputation with the goal of providing expert testimony within a 2 – 5 year timeframe. Specific project responsibilities include the supervision of and/or direct execution of the following:

• Evaluating baseline schedule and assumptions
• Damages quantification
• Preparing project status presentations & update reports
• Write the opinion
• As-planned vs As-built schedule comparison
• Reviewing estimates & cost reports
• As-built schedule analysis
• Prepare opinion presentation material and demonstrables
• Analyzing contemporaneous schedule updates & revisions
• On-site construction progress evaluations
• Causation analysis
• Organizing large quantities of construction related documentation
• Change order and pay application administration
• Reviewing contracts, subcontracts and other contractual documentation

Qualifications
Qualifications
Qualified candidates will have demonstrated strong construction site leadership skills including verbal and written communication across all levels of the project organization. Additionally, candidates must be proficient in the following:

• Schedule & productivity analytics
• Construction/building processes & techniques
• Project scheduling and project controls
• Contract/risk management
• P6, MS Project, Excel, & other graphical communication tools
• Data management
• Budgeting
• Job cost analysis
• Estimating

Additional Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in construction dispute resolution
• Coach & Mentor Project Managers
• Consistently demonstrate DPA values
• Work with minimal supervision
• BS Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent work experience
• Candidates with forensic accounting expertise and/or Architects may also be considered
