An office operation manager is responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day operations of our GA office. The primary role is to ensure that the office functions efficiently and effectively to support the goals and objectives of the company.
- Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and workflows to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with department heads and team leaders to understand the needs and provide operational support.
- Coordinate and oversee various administrative functions such as office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
- Plan and manage office space allocation ensuring an efficient layout and utilization of resources.
- Analyze financial reports and provide recommendations to senior management for cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Monitor expenses, review invoices, and negotiate contracts with vendors to obtain competitive prices and quality services.
- Prepare and manage the office budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute minutes to ensure clear and timely communication of important information.
- Serve as a liaison between management, employees, clients, and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure prompt and reliable support.
