- Ideally seeking someone who resides in the Minneapolis/St. Paul region
- 100% remote role
- Become a digital champion to extend DigiCom knowledge, insights and integration across the team
- Drive digital commerce analysis and recommendations with our retailer partners
- Partner cross-functionally to provide share forecast for key accounts
- Provide insight into the impact of promotional strategies to the customer and Sales Teams
- Lead report automation across POS sources (Nielsen, IRI)
- Build lasting business relationships based on trust and confidence.
- Create recurring business reviews providing deep analysis on drivers using insights across sources (primary research, syndicated data, industry reports, etc.)
- Lead ad hoc analytics and reporting requests from Customer
- Lead Category Reviews, New items analysis and seasonal reviews
- Support growth strategy development with Customer Growth Insights Director and Sales leads
- Ability to synthesize insights into a concise, visual story
- Proficient in a range of qualitative and quantitative shopper research methodologies, with experience designing and executing primary research studies
- Experience applying analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset to answer ambiguous business questions
- Strong learning agility
- Solid understanding of which data source to leverage to answer the question (POS, Syndicated, Panel, Industry Insights, survey/primary research, etc.)
- Ability to apply insights to business questions to provide recommendations and influence strategy
- Intellectual Curiosity/Horsepower
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, comfortable with prioritizing multiple deliverables, and overlapping deadlines
- Significant experience translating data into insights
- Experience auditing and enhancing digital content, web enrichment, physical shelf management, and modular relay expertise.
- Category management success within an Omni channel environment desirable
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- 7+ years of experience related to Category Management and/or CPG Sales experience.
- Experience designing and executing primary research studies a plus.
