Posting Summary
Provide skilled repair and maintenance services on university building locks/card access systems and associated hardware to ensure security on campus without disruption to University functions. Access information utilizing computers. Promote a workplace that encourages safety within the shop and in the field. Operate a university vehicle. Report to Zone Supervisor and actively engage in learning and practicing principles of social justice and inclusion, environmental sustainability and delivering great customer experience.

Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
High School Diploma and four years of relevant experience required. Type S G7-k License (Electrical Lock Installation) or ability to obtain within one year required. Experience using computers and mobile technology. Effective verbal and written communication skills required. Specific physical requirements may apply based on job functions. Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while performing specific job tasks. Valid driver’s license and driver’s check required. Initial employment contingent upon successful completion of background check.
