Senior Hr Advisor Jobs

FIND is proud to be working with a leading education group to support their recruitment for a Senior HR Advisor to join their team.

Reporting into the People Director, this is an exciting new position that is part of a high performing HR team of five. Based near Waltham Cross in North London, this is an exciting time to join this expanding group of schools, contributing to the development and enhancement of the current HR function.

Duties for this role include but are not limited to -

• Absence management and best back to work practices
• Oversee HR Compliance
• Project work around wellbeing and ED&I
• Payroll, L&D, and CPD
• Support to line managers around ER
• Work with employees and advise as required
• Advise on restructures, including job description revision and TUPE

The ideal candidate for this role-

• Holds CIPD level 5 or 7, or is working towards
• Is degree qualified or equivalent
• Has excellent communication skills
• Holds significant HR Generalist experience
• Demonstrates sensitivity, confidentiality, and a growth mindset
• Has a solid knowledge of UK employment law
