The SS&C Creative Services team is a smart, imaginative, and collaborative group who are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our growing team. With one foot in the creative world and another in marketing, we focus every day on boosting the company’s brand and bottom line by delivering design solutions that inform, inspire, and engage.
As part of our global team, you will create a wide variety of design projects, oversee and guide internal and external creatives, and work directly with senior leaders and the wider marketing team produce high-visibility projects with short turnaround times.

What You Will Get To Do:
  • Ensure brand consistency across design, marketing, and communication channels.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and make sure only the best work is released to clients.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams and individuals at all levels; understand their goals; guide the creation and production of design solutions integrated throughout collateral, digital campaigns, social communications, client presentations, sales materials, trade show exhibits, websites and more.
  • Work collaboratively with leadership, content, marketing and design resources to lead and produce high-priority, high-visibility projects with quick turnaround times.
  • Identify gaps and potential problems and address them effectively and efficiently.
  • Drive innovation and efficiency through new processes, technology, design trends and best practices.
What You Will Bring:
  • Ability to confidently collaborate and communicate with people from all levels of professional backgrounds, experiences, and roles.
  • A minimum of 7+ years design experience in an in-house creative department or design firm. Experience in financial services or tech company is preferred.
  • Previous experience in guiding and directing creatives
  • Experience integrating graphic design solutions into marketing and communication campaigns.
  • Strong creative, organizational, problem solving and time-management skills
  • Keen aesthetic sense, creative thinking with attention to detail.
  • An online portfolio showcasing your best work.
  • Highly skilled in adobe design software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) and expertise in both print and digital designs. Knowledge of HTML, Wordpress, and motion graphics is a plus.
