JOB DESCRIPTION:

Hey there! We're We The Creative (WTC), a bunch of design nerds who love pushing creative boundaries and thinking outside the box. And we're on the lookout for an awesome Graphic Designer to join our squad!

Our ideal candidate is a conceptual thinker, a smart designer, a disciplined self-starter, and a total team player. We need someone who can manage multiple projects and timelines like a boss and isn't afraid to jump in and get their hands dirty. Plus, you need to be able to crack a joke or two and not take yourself too seriously - we like to have fun around here!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Graphic Designer at WTC, you'll be responsible for coming up with amazing creative concepts for our clients' marketing and digital needs. From print to digital, you'll be the mastermind behind all things visual. You'll work closely with our Creative Director to bring your ideas to life and ensure that they align with our clients' branding guidelines. You'll also collaborate with other teams, including strategy, media, account, and business development, to develop new business opportunities for WTC.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Here's what we're looking for in a Graphic Designer:

• A strong portfolio that showcases your full range of skills, strong typography and creativity
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator), Google Docs, and Microsoft Office
• At least 3 years of industry/agency experience with a strong traditional and digital background
• Ability to explain your creative concepts and reasoning to other team members
• A self-motivated go-getter with a positive attitude
• Someone who's not afraid to let their hair down and have a bit of fun along the way!
• Great production skills with attention to detail
