The Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Professional analyzes and forecasts financial, economic, and other data to provide accurate and timely information for strategic and operational decisions. The Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Responsibilities
The Senior Finance Professional collects, compiles, verifies, and analyzes financial information and economic indicators so that senior management has accurate and timely information for making strategic and operational decisions on, for example, acquisitions, investments, capital expenditure, divestitures, mergers, or the sale of assets. Analyzes the financial implications of proposed investments or other transactions so that senior managers can evaluate alternatives against the organization's business objectives. Evaluates industry, economic, financial, and market trends to forecast the organization's short, medium, and long-term financial and competitive position. Analyzes revenues, expenses, costs, prices, investments, cash flow, profits, labor market trends, inflation, interest rates, and exchange rates. May involve financial modeling, reporting and budgeting as well. Begins to influence department’s strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Required Qualifications
- Takes initiative, self-starter, etc
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
- 3-5 or more years experience in finance/accounting
- Variance analysis and/or analyzing financials
- Proficient with Power Point, ability to create presentation deck, present, etc.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong analytic skills with attention to details
- Critical thinking skills
- Advance Excel skills (as defined by the ability to create v-look up formulas, simulations, pivots, match index formulas, etc)
- Master's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Oracle
- Previous health insurance industry/home health experience
- Power BI, Access, SQL, and multi-dimensional databases
- Working in a large corporate environment
Additional Information
Covid Vaccine Policy: Non-patient facing
- If associate is exposed to COVID-19: Mask for 10 days from initial day of exposure. Isolation is not required.
- If associate tests positive for COVID-19: Isolate for five days and maintain masking requirement up to 10 days after the onset of symptoms.

- At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested
- Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership
- Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
