Role -Senior Financial Analyst
Term- 10+ months (High Possibility of Extension depending on Performance)
Location - St. Paul, MN (Hybrid)

Description:
Routinely performs financial planning and analysis activities for the HF business unit, which may include any combination of the following areas: budgeting and forecasting, monthly variance analysis, business development, gross margin, capital, headcount, and other facets of the operating expense side of the P&L.
· Participates in ad hoc analysis, project consolidation, and reporting as required by finance management.
· Provides routine reports to key stakeholders based on knowledge of finance systems and knowledge of the HF operating expense forecast.
· Partners with cross-functional teams to consolidate month-end analysis and commentary related to the financial close cycle.
· Prepares consolidated reporting, presentations, and analysis for quarterly LBE cycles.
· Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
· Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
· Public accounting experience preferred.
· 3+ years of related experience.
· Previous experience working with MS Office Suite: Excel and PowerPoint; must have strong proficiency with relevant financial systems applications. SAP, Essbase, & Dodeca experience a bonus.
· Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.
· Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment.
· Ability to leverage and/or engage others to accomplish projects.
· Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization.
