What You'll Do
As our Senior Director of Strategic Sourcing & Procurement, you'll play a vital role in shaping our future. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge procurement and strategic sourcing initiatives that align with our financial objectives and elevate our operations to new heights. Your creative thinking and negotiation prowess will help us achieve cost-saving strategies and build strong relationships with key suppliers to secure the best deals, quality, and timely delivery.
Here's What You'll Be Doing
Craft and execute procurement cost-saving strategies and policies that span technology and operations within our multi-channel retail environment.
Forge strong relationships with key suppliers, using your exceptional negotiation skills to secure favorable terms, pricing, and quality. You'll also conduct regular business reviews to ensure we maintain top-notch supplier relationships.
Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including legal, engineering, operations, and finance, to evaluate potential suppliers and ensure they meet our quality, budgetary, and delivery requirements.
Establish and track procurement metrics and KPIs to measure performance, identify areas for improvement, and report progress to our senior management team.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes, systems, and technologies, with a special focus on optimizing supply chain, freight, and shipping efficiency.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Master’s degree preferred.
CPSM or other industry certifications are a plus.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, strategic sourcing, and supplier management.
Domestic And International Procurement Experience Preferred.
Proven track record in negotiating terms and rate structures with freight, technology, and other service providers.
