We are partnering with a hospitality business in the Raleigh area looking to add a Senior Director of Finance Operations to their team! This individual will manage all aspects of the P&L including revenue, marketing, and operations as well as client agreements to ensure events run smoothly and efficiently.

:

• Work closely with rightsholders to set and deliver on strategic objectives
• Track business performance against strategic objectives
• Organic + Inorganic Growth: assess acquisitions, new partnerships, and other new business opportunities to drive near and long-term growth
• Market Analysis + Insights: interface with marketing and Endeavor Analytics / Insights to gather marketing and competitive insights to drive / inform decision-making and competitive reaction as well as new market or new product opportunities
• Design and execute key strategic initiatives to drive business growth
• Business Analytics: analyzing internal data (e.g., sales channel, product) to identify trends / opportunities and inform strategic direction
• Prepare communication materials to be presented to senior leaders of the organization to influence the right decisions for the business

Qualifications

• Distinctive problem-solving skills (conceptual, analytical, quantitative)
• Passion for sports, media, entertainment preferred
• Passion for Digital and growth orientation
• 5-8 years experience with at least 2 years consulting experience with top management consulting firm
• Analytical degree (finance, economics, engineering, business school)
• Strong communication skills
