What you will do

• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Finance and Supply Chain teams to reach continuous improvement on Demand Planning processes.
• Develop, implement & maintain accurate Demand Plans for selected Commercial Business Products and regions across Corza.
• Lead monthly demand reviews with commercial teams. Give clear direction on forecasting goals as well as supporting demand analysis, monitoring sales history, reporting forecast changes and drivers.
• You will work with Finance Team to ensure demand alignment to Annual Budget and use a variety of tools and reports to ensure the integrity of Commercial demand forecasts over the 12 months S&OP horizon.
• Collect demand inputs from Commercial team from the different regions and portfolio of products assigned.

• Review & prioritize gaps between supply delivery & requested demand, considering capacity plans, in collaboration with Supply Planning, MFG sites and vendors.
• Help Supply Planning to maintain target inventory/ safety stock targets by collaborating demand behavior and monitoring ABC classification.
• Track forecast accuracy and work on root cause analysis for forecast improvement. Analyze supply performance and work with stakeholders to help and manage any supply disruptions
• Consolidates daily/weekly supply priorities from customer service and communicates them to Supply Planning team.
• Support and monitor new product introduction and discontinuation process, adjusting forecast and supply plans accordingly. Review product set ups and stocking policies
• Conducts sales order vs. forecast reviews with customer service to ensure demand does not outpace supply. Set build priorities and request production increases from mfg. planners when demand spikes or new large orders occur

• Develop planning strategies in collaboration with Supply Chain.
• You will analyze performance data and present Demand Planning information in monthly Commercial Consensus Demand Planning meetings to ensure accurate demand plans are developed and loaded into our ERPs.

What you will need

• Experience in medical devices a plus
• Demand Driven certification a plus.
• Bachelor s degree in engineering, Economics or Business related.
• Creative problem solver, team player, excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• APICS Certification a plus.
• Fluency in English a must.
• Experience leading S&OP / SIOP / IBP calls within the organization.
• Advanced Excel skills are essential.
• 3-5 years experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning or related field in Manufacturing or Global Supply Chain environments.
