We are seeking a highly skilled and tech savvy Revenue Technology Manager to join our team and drive operational excellence within our marketing technology.


As Director of Demand Generation, you will own the demand generation strategy and manage the day-to-day execution of all associated campaigns and programs. The Director of Demand Generation has direct responsibility for hitting pipeline, booking, lead targets and performance KPIs.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • In this role, you will execute compelling and effective lead generation campaigns to deliver sales-ready leads and high-volume traffic to the company's website
  • Collect, monitor, and analyze the performance of digital campaigns (email, social, paid media, website) to optimize performance and re-allocate spend as needed
  • Design, implement and monitor all marketing processes, including strategic planning, quarterly planning, campaigns execution, and others.
  • You will work extensively with sales management, product marketing, creative agencies, and other third-party vendors to execute integrated marketing campaigns and programs
  • Oversee nurture strategy and optimize nurture streams to increase conversion rates of lead conversion to MQL
  • Track and report digital marketing key performance indicators and identify, recommend, and execute improvements for accelerating lead generation and brand awareness
  • Create dashboards in Salesforce that showcase the entire lead funnel and marketing’s impact on pipeline and revenue
  • Lead and execute digital and demand generation strategies and tactics to educate the market, drive brand awareness, generate sales-ready leads, and nurture our existing sales funnel, directly increasing market demand and sales pipeline
  • You will draft original content and work with external writers as needed, managing content creation, review, and release

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Bachelor's degree in business and/or marketing
  • Proficiency & experience with Hubspot, Influ2, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Salesforce and ability to perform data mapping and workflow audits between the apps, where applicable
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The ability to obsess over every single part of a process, at scale
  • An analytical and data-driven mindset – comfortable using analytics tools to measure every aspect of the conversion funnel, identify opportunities, and report out on performance.
  • 3+ years' experience in product operations or relevant project management experience, ideally for a company with multiple products
  • Excellent communication. You can inform, educate, influence and persuade at various levels of the organization, both in written and verbal form
  • Experience working in a SaaS company is strongly preferred
  • Ability to build clear and concise presentations, and communicate effectively at every level of the organization
  • Customer obsession. The ability to take on complex product challenges and find elegant, simplifying solutions
  • Self-Starter Mentality. Demonstrated ability to work independently, take ownership of initiatives, and drive projects to completion

  • Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for equity.
