The Senior Data Scientist will collaborate and drive our Data as an Asset, Data Services, and Analytics and Insights verticals. Unlocking a digital first mindset because it’s the most effective way to help people in need. This is a truly transformational role and one that can influence the trajectory of Healthcare.
This position is remote and can be performed from any U.S. state.
Core Responsibilities:
As a key member of the Technology Leadership Team you’ll drive research and development to understand complex data sources, create synthetic data sets, commercialize/anonymize data, support packaged and bespoke data science solutions for our Healthcare clients, and support the end-to-end data and analytics needs across the enterprise.

• Create entirely new visualization models and a next generation analytics workbench for data discovery.
• Develop proof of concepts to validate new potential designs and business opportunities.
• Ethically handle confidential and private Healthcare data, including compliance with HIPAA.
• Manage a team of Data Scientists.
• Use Natural Language Understanding, Natural Language Generation and Natural Language Processing to make our analytics solutions more accessible.
• Work with engineering and implementation teams to codify conceptual work into production code.

Professional Experience, Essential Skills, and Knowledge:

• Ability lead and direct a team of data scientists, architects, engineers and IT professionals to deliver market changing solutions.
• Proven advanced knowledge of statistics, machine learning algorithms and data analysis techniques.
• At least six years of relevant practical experience in a data science role, exploring and analyzing diverse Healthcare data sets.
• Expert level experience with one or more core data analysis languages/tools.
• Experience with cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Advanced Problem-solving and critical thinking with excellent attention to detail.
• Must be a driven and highly motivated self-starter.

Salary based on experience: $175,000-$250,000
