This position will assist ownership with the continued strategic operational and sales/marketing leadership and daily oversight of our manufacturing facility, as well as leading the continuous improvement and evolving business processes that guide and deliver exceptional results for our staff, clients, and partners.
We are seeking an innovative leader with a broad administrative, sales, operational, and financial background. The core responsibilities are the review, oversight, and management of key systems and processes in areas to include:
- Facility Management
- Manufacturing and Operations Oversight
- Finance, Accounting, Administration and Human Resources Oversite and Leadership
- Sales and Marketing Leadership
You will direct and motivate the management team, develop and monitor all sales plans and metrics, provide consultative sales support, create corporate strategic partnerships, collaborate with ownership to develop and implement operational goals/systems/staffing; and ultimately provide supportive mentorship while guiding expectations that ensure success for all departments and overall company objectives.
What will make you a great fit:
- Significant experience creating and managing organizations including alignment of human capital plans with financial and operational objectives and management development.
- Self-starter with proven business acumen and a drive for successful outcomes with a quality focus.
- Familiarity with the development and execution of strategic business plans, operating and sales budgets, capital budgets, investment analysis, and sales plans/forecasts.
- A team player with a strong ability to collaborate and establish rapport with staff, customers, and all stakeholders.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations management, custom manufacturing/fabrication, distribution, and channel sales management; along with familiarity with e-commerce sales channel management.
- Experience in supply chain management, vendor relationships, organizational and financial management.
- The ability to introduce productivity and technological initiatives linked to the company’s strategic and financial plan.
