Description

Providence St. Joseph Health is calling a Senior Contracts Manager, Revenue Cycle to work remotely within our footprint states: CA, OR, TX and/or WA.

This is a system-wide role responsible for managing the vendor management and administration arm of the Revenue Cycle Vendor Management Office across all regions. The Senior Manager provides support to the Vendor Management Director and directly supervises the team responsible for monitoring of vendor performance, preparing monthly vendor reporting, build of vendor scorecards, conducts quarterly business reviews of vendors, and reviewing vendor spend for leadership review.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, other healthcare related field, or equivalent education/ experience
  • 8 years experience in contracting, contract analytics, and/or healthcare.
  • 5 years Project Management experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3 years Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent experience managing an agile project team.
  • 3 years Database query and data visualization experience using tools like SQL, Tableau, and Power BI.
  • 5 years PMP certification or equivalent project management work experience.

Min: $45.23, Max: $73.00

WA Puget Sound Oregon (Portland)

Min: $43.49, Max: $70.03

Oregon (Hood River, Medford, Seaside)

Min: $40.45, Max: $65.29

Eastern Washington (Richland, Spokane, Walla Walla)

Min: $38.61, Max: $62.32

Texas

Min:$33.09, Max: $53.42
