osition Summary: Coordinates with the Director to ensure that processes within the organization are efficient and compliant with the rules and regulations of HIPAA, CMS, and other applicable regulatory agencies. Oversees operations of teams involved in the delivery of Revenue Cycle Services. E

ssential Functions: W

  • Rovides supervision of Central Business Office employees C
  • Oordinates with teams across all areas of the organization C
  • Dentifies potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk, develops and implements corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues, and provides general guidance on how to avoid or deal with similar situations in the future W
  • Anages review of KPIs and AR to identify trends and irregularities, supports investigation M
  • Ulfills all compliance responsibilities related to the position, handles all protected health information in a manner consistent with Healthcare Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations P
  • Onsistently exhibits behavior and communication skills that demonstrate CooperSurgical's core values and commitment to quality and customer service P
  • Orks with the human resource department and others as appropriate to develop an effective compliance training program, including appropriate introductory training for new employees and ongoing training for all employees and managers E
  • Esponsible for implementing and monitoring Revenue Cycle Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other relevant metrics M
  • Scalates issues to the Director as necessary, with an appropriate level of urgency C
  • Aintains current knowledge of laws and regulations which might affect the organization’s policies and procedures C
  • Oordinates with Director to anticipate and proactively address external changes that may affect the organization and revenue cycle processes R
