As the Senior Contracts Associate with this communications firm, you will serve as the point of contact and guide both the team and clients on the contracts process from start to finish. About the Job:
- Provide necessary or requested materials to the account teams to make sure the work falls under the agreement of the contracts.
- Provide additional support across the team in developing junior associates on processes and procedures during onboarding.
- Work closely with the accounting and finance department to ensure that all fees are accurate and compliant to the contract and company policy.
- Prepare, draft, and finalize documents with acute attention to detail, using redlining and track changes.
- Act as the point of contact for the team, clients, and subcontractors during the full process of creating and completing a contract.

- Tech Savvy. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
- Organized. You enjoy managing projects, deliverables, and deadlines, and have a knack for keeping your team on track.
- Communicator. Demonstrated ability developing good rapport and building relationships.
- Solution oriented. Your colleagues enjoy working with you because you’re resourceful, prepared, and always have a back-up plan.
- Experienced. You possess one to two years of previous contract or legal experience with transferrable skills.
