Summary Of The Position

Novavax is searching for a Data Analyst that will be responsible for communicating with business partners to collect report requirements and validate data as well as answer questions regarding reports and data. This individual will interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and produce ongoing as-needed reports to meet business needs. They will also design and implement automate workflows for business partners to eliminate manual work, as well as document and socialize data models, analytics, data pipelines and workflows of responsible projects.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design and implement automate workflows for business partners to eliminate manual work
• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and produce ongoing as-needed reports to meet business needs.
• Ad hoc technical assistance for other power users
• Document and socialize data models, analytics, data pipelines and workflows of responsible projects
• Communicate with business partners to collect report requirements and validate data as well as answer questions regarding reports and data

Basic Qualifications

• High attention to detail
• Ability to tell stories with data and educate effectively to motivate stakeholders to act on recommendations
• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of prior relevant experience or a master’s degree
• Experience data analytics, data visualization, reporting, and dashboarding tools, including Power BI or Tableau
• Great interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven Experience in other tools of the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps
• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, or relevant fields
