Job Description

We have been engaged by a Boston-based, boutique strategy consulting firm to conduct a search for a Senior Consultant/Manager. This role is based in Boston.


The firm works with Fortune 500 as well as mid-size ($500MM-5Bn) companies. They are active across all sectors; they also work with private equity firms advising on diligence and post-deal strategy.


Ideal candidates for the Senior Consultant/Manager role will likely have:


  • A strong background in growth strategy consulting
  • Ideally, some experience in Consumer/Luxury/Retail
  • Client - and engagement management - experience
  • Experience managing small teams


This position offers:


  • Significant levels of responsibility
  • Engagement in small project teams with high levels of interactions with clients and Partners
