- Smart and talented problem solver with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Collaborate closely with the Brand Director, providing timely support and contributing to new projects and community goals.
- Manage and coordinate virtual assistants and contracted coaches.
- Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings, ensuring all assigned objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
- Provide specialized support and knowledge of course offerings, programs, and upsells to community members.
- Offer community-wide coordination and support for students throughout their program journey.
- Work alongside team members to promote student success and satisfaction.
- Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as necessary to support student success and team growth.
- Coordinate and manage membership in the private Facebook Community.
- Lead and moderate engagement in private Facebook groups, ensuring adherence to company guidelines and fostering a positive community atmosphere.
- Handle membership status, revoking and reinstating members as necessary.
- Plan, coordinate, and attend a minimum of four (4) large weekend workshops/events.
- Maintain clear communication across departments to accomplish tasks and projects effectively.
- Ensure execution of smooth multi-hour Zoom training sessions with Brand Visionaries and industry leaders to drive student success, troubleshooting if issues arise.
