Description

Join Our Team as a Senior Community Coordinator! Are you a dynamic problem solver with a passion for fostering a sense of belonging within a thriving community? Do you excel at coordinating and engaging with diverse groups of individuals, both online and offline? If you're a creative thinker, adept at managing multiple priorities, and have a background in Real Estate, Education, Member or Student Services, we have the perfect role for you!

You will play a pivotal role in shaping our community's success and growth, and your expertise in digital and social media platforms, combined with your outstanding communication skills, will be instrumental in driving engagement and fostering a collaborative atmosphere. You'll be the driving force behind our private Facebook groups, ensuring adherence to company guidelines and maintaining a positive and supportive environment.

Requirements

As a Senior Community Coordinator, you will take charge of community/student engagement in private Facebook groups, overseeing discussions, and ensuring they align with our company's values and goals. You'll ensure weekly Zoom training sessions run smoothly, scheduling and starting the weekly meetings, answering questions in the Zoom chat, and troubleshooting when issues occur. Managing and coordinating the activities of virtual assistants and contracted coaches will be among your key responsibilities.

Collaboration will be at the heart of your role as you work closely with our Brand Director, supporting them in various projects and community objectives. Your in-depth knowledge of our course offerings and programs will be essential in providing specialized support to our community members.

To create an inclusive and supportive atmosphere, you will coordinate with team members to promote student satisfaction and ensure they thrive throughout their journey in the program. Your ability to work independently and manage competing priorities will be key as you handle membership statuses, organize community-wide initiatives, and support our weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings.
