Job Description
About This Role


Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Communications Strategy & Experience, this position will execute a defined set of strategic employee communications, content and change management initiatives across internal digital, social and physical/in-person channels. This position will partner with communicators across the enterprise and Lines of Business to deliver meaningful experiences that help employees feel informed, valued, and inspired. This position offers a hybrid work schedule and can sit in Charlotte, NC; Minneapolis, MN; Dallas, TX, or San Francisco, CA .


In This Role You Will


  • Execute innovative multi-channel content, communications and change management initiatives that drive engagement and support business outcomes and manage end-to-end content processes.
  • Collaborate with designers, videographers, event specialists and editors as needed
  • Propose new content and change management solutions aligned to the enterprise content strategy
  • Leverage data and learnings to continually optimize and improve effectiveness
  • Optimize use of the company's internal communications channels to maximize their impact
  • Partner with communicators and subject matter experts to develop and deliver engaging content that advance Wells Fargo's business priorities and articulates the employee experience
  • Operate as a feature writer in a corporate environment; writing compelling, short-form stories that illuminate employees and their experiences in a way that connects and engages other employees.

Required Qualifications


  • 4+ years of Public Relations, Media Relations or Corporate Communications experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications


  • Experience with content strategy, information architecture, and integration of corporate news
  • Experience working with content management systems (CMS)
  • Experience writing for a corporate audience
  • Experience developing compelling content solutions for multi-channel campaigns
  • Experience with large-scale corporate transformations and designing multifaceted integrated communications strategies to support changes, programs and initiatives
  • Experience building strong relationships and collaborating across large organizations
  • Experience in and knowledge of the financial services industry, or another closely regulated industry
