Description & Requirements
Position Accountability
  • Lead collaboration with Agile disruptive innovation team on New to the world Tech based innovations or Supplier led open-source innovation – where relevant for the Taste Elevation platform
  • The Sr. Brand Manager- Innovation – Taste Elevation will play a critical role in driving this growth by lead ing i nnovation strategy- long-term pipeline- and innovation processes for the ir respective area of the Kraft Heinz Taste Elevation Platform
  • Innovation on the T a ste Elevation Platform i s a significant driver of Kraft Heinz ’s future growth - with an ambition to deliver $0.5B in innovation over the next 4 years
  • Will collaborate with the cross-functional team to develop and commercialize the product pipeline including product formulation- packaging- proposition pricing and customer sell-in
  • Ownership of Now- Near- Next innovation roadmaps for their respective innovation platform ( s ) including renovations- extensions - expansions- and whitespace disruption
  • They will build and champion an innovation culture across the Taste Elevation team- bringing the outside in- challenging the status quo- and driving continuous improvement in how we innovate
  • P artner with the Away from Home team- Canada- and international teams to drive one innovation pipeline where relevant
  • A key partner along with the brand team for delivering top-line - bottom-line and market share objectives and developing long-term strategy (Growth Plan/1 - Y ear P lan s).
Qualifications
A successful Sr Brand Manager would possess the following
  • 7+ years' demonstrated ability in product management or brand management with an emphasis in innovation
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Prioritizes Resourcefulness over Resources
  • Influences stakeholders at all levels
  • Project management & c ommercialization
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business - Marketing- or related field; MBA with Marketing emphasis
  • Experience in d esign t hinking and a gile i nnovation methodologies a plus
  • Stretching brands into new categories
  • A natural knack to put consumer first- understand their pain & pleasure points and iterate quickly based on the consumer learning
