Senior Brand Designer (Hybrid)

Synergy Interactive is partnering with a design firm to fill a Brand Designer position. This direct hire position is hybrid in NYC and requires experience working with prolific company brands.

We are seeking a talented and creative Brand Designer to join our agency's design team. As a Brand Designer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing brand strategies for our diverse portfolio of clients. Your primary responsibility will be to design and deliver visually compelling and cohesive brand identities across various mediums, ensuring consistent brand representation and communication. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of branding principles, and the ability to translate client visions into impactful designs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Explore problems and opportunities. Working alongside our clients, you’ll ideate creative solutions to challenging business problems with high profile clients

- You will build to think, using prototyping and generative methodologies to create experiences, brands or purpose led iconic actions

- Design and craft identity projects of all kinds, from logos to brands to visual languages and full brand identity systems

- Transform deep strategic thinking and research finding into beautiful design

- In tandem with your team, present work to clients with dynamic storytelling

- In tandem with the leadership mentor and grow members of the experience team

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Worked 5-7 years as a designer within the design, innovation, branding, marketing or advertising space

- Developed in-depth knowledge of design tools in the Adobe Suite (bonus if you can do animation, 3d design, AI tools)

- Created a portfolio of work that reflects creative thinking with a broad range of examples

- Developed an ability to communicate visually and verbally

- Designed across multiple mediums, including digital, mobile, and web

- Bonus if you have experience in both UX and UI

- Built an impressive creative portfolio

- Partnered with clients at all levels and even gained a few fans along the way!
