For California based applicants: lululemon’s compensation offerings are rooted in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position in California is from $127,900 - 167,900 USD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our competitive Total Rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus offering, subject to program eligibility requirements.

A day in the life: what you’ll do
- Work daily with agency partners building lasting partnerships to drive the work and deliverables as needed.
- Create cross channel platforms including concept, development and design to include but not limited to retail storytelling, physical experiences and buildouts, and knowledge about creating into social platforms.
- Work daily with cross-functional partners and peers to ensure they are part of the work and getting the deliverables they need.
- Have a high level of knowledge and experience in all areas of brand creative/art direction: taste, aesthetic, narrative & concept creation and development for stills, motion and beyond.
- Work daily with other brand creative senior directors and/or their teams to create excellence across writing & messaging and styling & casting.
- Growing/developing your team(s) so that they feel valued and empowered in the work, and informed about how they are able to push their career forward.
- BA, BFA Arts/Fine Arts
- Agency and/or client-side experience
- Ability to create large brand narrative concepts and drive ever element of brand creative from inception to completion. (photography, video, retail, launch event, cast & style strategy, digital brand, and social.)
- The ability to guide and develop your team(s) through the creative process from beginning to end, balancing a demand for top-tier execution with approachability and care to your team(s).
- 8-12 years of relevant experience
- Experience directly leading a team of 5+ people
- Extremely well versed in brand identity, adobe creative suite and keynote.
- Acknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for your life.
- Integrate fun and joy as a way of being and working, aka doesn’t take yourself too seriously
- Communicate with honesty and kindness and create the space for others to do the same.
- Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovate to achieve great results.
