Our Team:

Medidata is looking for individuals who will help us tackle some of the most complex questions facing the industry today using our proprietary platform and advanced analytics. At Medidata, we never work alone. This role will partner heavily with all of the key stakeholder functions including product, delivery, data science, engineering, partnerships, and biostatistics. Successful Medidata AI candidates will be skilled in analytical/quantitative thinking, structured communication, and excited about building the next horizon of Medidata’s mission to power smarter treatments and healthier people.

What we're looking for:

3+ years experience

An engineer who is passionate about application development! Your primary responsibilities will include hands-on development of Medidata’s software applications with C#/.NET, and Amazon Web Services (React/TypeScript is nice to have). You’ll be an important part of a team building software for clinical trials, helping to prioritize, plan, and deliver what's needed for our Medical Coding solution. We use SQL and NoSQL DBs, serverless solutions like AWS’ Lambdas, Travis and GoCD for our build/deploy pipelines.

• Work with Agile team members, collaborating with testers to ensure quality and with product managers to turn great ideas into detailed requirements.
• Design, build, test, document, deploy, monitor, and maintain applications in a production environment.
• Apply good technical practices such as continuous integration, test automation, and Github Pull Request reviews.

The salary range for positions that will be physically based in the NYC Metro Area is $114,750-$143,496.

The salary range for positions that will be physically based in the California Bay Area is $121,500-$149,240.

The salary range for positions that will be physically based in the Boston Metro Area is $113,250-$157,586.

The salary range for positions that will be physically based in Texas or Ohio is $101,250-$135,000.

The salary range for positions that will be physically based in all other locations within the United States is $102,750-$146,104.

Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Medidata provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a commission on the terms of applicable plan documents, and many of Medidata’s non-sales positions are eligible for annual bonuses.
