The Senior Applications Developer supports full project cycle for development for time & Pay Data analytics. You will participate in systems architecture, lead data design, integration analysis, migration, conversion, testing, deployment, and maintenance for the GCP Cloud-Based solution.

As a Senior Applications Developer, you will identify key information sources, assess information quality, understand, and communicate limitations, make logical assumptions; challenge your own findings and document process and outcomes; audit own analyses and determine their validity. Demonstrate logic, rationality, and objectivity in drawing conclusions.

The Senior Applications Developer provides input and support for, and performs full systems life cycle management activities (e.g., analyses, technical requirements, design, coding, testing, implementation of systems and applications software, etc.). You participate in component and data architecture design, technology planning, and testing for Applications Development (AD) initiatives to meet business requirements. You provide input to applications development project plans and integrations. You collaborate with teams and support emerging technologies to ensure effective communication and achievement of objectives. You provide knowledge and support for applications development, integration, and maintenance. You provide input to department and project teams on decisions supporting projects.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Data Analysis and Google Cloud Platform Tools
• Knowledge of process analysis and requirements validation
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or the equivalent in education and work experience
• Must be detail-oriented
• Experience with Agile Development, Database Cloud Technology, Web Development and Report/Dashboards
• The role is based in Parsippany, NJ, company funded relocation assistance is not provided
• This is a hybrid work environment, onsite days are required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
