Position: Senior Analyst, Insights & Analytics
- Help to drive decision making through data manipulation and visualization.
- Applying the use of emerging tools and methods that Mediassociates uses and help identify/vet new tools.
- Applying analytical techniques to tackle client problems as needed.
- Deliver transformational insight, with core accountability for: conversion tracking, media impact and media optimization.
- Deliver and present results to clients understanding their needs, deep diving into the data to make strategic recommendations and provide insight on strategic audience & media strategies.
- Excellent client facing communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with any of the following vendors a plus: Nielsen, Pathmatics, Dynata, EDO, iSpot.tv, TV Squared
- Media agency experience preferred OR experience working in analytics within corporate Marketing Department
- Ability to manage multiple, complex, multi-functional projects to tight deadlines simultaneously.
- Knowledge in online / digital media with working knowledge of offline media.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with knowledge of data mining techniques and analysis of large data sets incorporating both quantitative and qualitative information.
- Experience with industry standard tools such as Tableau, Big Query, Google Analytics
- Understanding of A/B, multivariate testing development and multi-touch attribution.
- Great at storytelling!
- A working understanding of data sets with the ability to identify, combine and extract relevant data from various sources.
- 1-2 years relevant experience in Research & Analytics in a media/marketing environment.
- Strong understanding of all media platforms, and how they coexist. (ie: Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Strong analytical skills, technical know-how and strategic thinking with hands on experience creating insights from digital data.
